All coffee orders from MagicDrip, a trademark owned and operated by GLN Industries, are final and non-refundable once placed. We do not accept cancellations or changes after an order is confirmed, as our coffee is roasted and packed fresh specifically for your order.

2. Returns & Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for coffee orders once they have been placed.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at info@magicdrip.in within 3 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos so we can arrange a replacement.
Please note:

We cannot accept returns for coffee due to taste preferences.

Brewing equipment can only be returned if unused, in original packaging, and reported within 3 days of delivery.

No refunds will be provided for subscription orders once processing has begun.
3. Delayed Delivery Policy

We work with third-party courier partners, and most orders are delivered within 4–7 working days.

If your order does not arrive within 10 days of dispatch (excluding delays caused by incorrect address, unavailability, or other customer-related issues), we will arrange a replacement.
