Returns and Cancellations

All coffee orders from MagicDrip, a trademark owned and operated by GLN Industries, are final and non-refundable once placed. We do not accept cancellations or changes after an order is confirmed, as our coffee is roasted and packed fresh specifically for your order.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • All coffee orders are final once placed.

  • We do not offer cancellations, changes, or refunds after the order is confirmed.

2. Returns & Refund Policy

  • We do not accept returns or provide refunds for coffee orders once they have been placed.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at info@magicdrip.in within 3 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos so we can arrange a replacement.

Please note:

  • We cannot accept returns for coffee due to taste preferences.

  • Brewing equipment can only be returned if unused, in original packaging, and reported within 3 days of delivery.

  • No refunds will be provided for subscription orders once processing has begun.

3. Delayed Delivery Policy

  • We work with third-party courier partners, and most orders are delivered within 4–7 working days.

  • If your order does not arrive within 10 days of dispatch (excluding delays caused by incorrect address, unavailability, or other customer-related issues), we will arrange a replacement.
